Soziale Dienstleistungen als Soziale Infrastruktur

In order to gain access to social services, users are often faced with a categorization that can feel stigmatizing. It is therefore necessary to conceptualize new approaches to social work and social services. The alternative presented in this volume is that of social work as a social infrastructure. The intention of this volume is to critically discuss the perspective of infrastructure applied to social work on a fundamental level, to scrutinize this with regard to its implications and to discuss and examine the strategic possibilities of its implementation. In doing so, the socio-political level is systematically related to that of social services as well as social work.
